BMW OEM Clear Corners

Abstract - Amber colored signals do not look good on any car IMHO. Clear corners really cleans up the look of the car.

Purchase - Bought new from Circle BMW mail order division.

Parts - BMW P/N: 63-17-2-228-613 - Front Corner Light Right(CHECK)

            BMW P/N: 63-17-2-228-614 - M3 Fog LightCANGE Left

BMW P/N: 51-12-2-695-255 - M3 Fog Light Plastic Clip Right

BMW P/N: 51-12-2-695-256 - M3 Fog Light Plastic Clip Left

Installations - The package did not include directions. Installation is pretty strait forward; its hard to install it wrong. Good instructions are on the DIY section on the E46Fanatics page. Removing the existing amber corners were the hardest, especially the rear sets. Since the kit was BMW OEM, everything fit perfectly.

Impressions - The clear corners really made a difference. It probably makes the biggest difference on lighter colored cars. I feel it is a must for titanium silver. I have heard from others that generic and smoked clear corners are available, but the fitment can be iffy. The BMW OEM clear corners are expensive, but it is worth the quality of the materials.

Conclusions -  This was my first mod and I don't regret it at all. A basic must have for all BMW fanatics even though it is expensive.
