BMW OEM M5 Shift Knob

To accompany the M5 Steering wheel, the M5 shift knob is a 3 zone fully illuminated leather knob. The M5 knob works directly with the SMGIII transmission unit which is currently only in the E60 M5. In order for the illuminated zones to work, I have probed and acquired the necessary signals from the halls sensors in the SMGII gear selector. The links below have all the info you need:
